Orzo

A gluten-free Taco bowl filled with tender hand-shredded beef marinated in an adobo made of vinegar, dried chiles, garlic, and herbs and spices before being slow cooked in a broth.  Brought together with cilantro lime rice, southwest fire roasted corn blend, topped with a low-fat Mexican cheese trio and tortilla strips.
