We service the following counties (local delivery) & additional states (UPS).  Local delivery is Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

Nationwide Delivery is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

New Jersey:

Sunday: All counties except Ocean, Atlantic, Cumberland

Orders must be placed by 11:59am on the day prior to your requested delivery date.

We use a vacuum seal machine to secure the freshness and taste of your Clean Eats meals.  From the REFRIGERATOR we recommend enjoying within 6 days of receiving.  From the FREEZER we recommend enjoy within 6 months.    Meals need to be stored in refrigeration once received.

Yes, we recommend freezing the meals upon receipt to preserve freshness.  From the FREEZER we recommend enjoy within 6 months.

All allergens are listed on the meal profile and ingredient page.  We recommend emailing our customer service team or including your allergies in the additional notes section at checkout.

If you notice an issue, please report it at 1-866-442-3287 or info@cleaneatsmealprep.com within 24 hours. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after that time frame.

Yes, you can log into your account and cancel any order and a refund will be processed. Please note, we ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellation for refund.

The delivery window for our courier service is 6am-5pm.  Please note there can be delays in transit on delivery day, we utilize insulated packaging with gel packs/dry ice to ensure safe temperatures through travel.

No, our food is delivered in an insulated box with a biodegradable ice pack or dry ice, which will keep your food fresh until you are able to place it in your refrigerator or freezer.

We do not have minimum order requirements with our service.

Notifications from our delivery system or UPS will be sent out throughout the delivery process and when delivered.
*Please note in certain areas we use a third party service,  an email notification will be sent from their system when delivery is completed.

The reheat instructions are located on the Meal Product page and label.  We recommend 2-3 minutes or until the meal reaches a internal temperature of 165 degrees.

We do not have any set closures due to holidays,  unless they fall on a Tuesday or Saturday.  In the event we have a closure due to a holiday we will offer the next available delivery date so you will still have the option for your weekly meal delivery.
