Orders must be placed by 12pm on the day prior to your requested delivery date.
Best by or freeze by dates are listed on the meal labels, 4-6 days is recommended. Meals need to be stored in refrigeration once received.
Yes, we recommend freezing the meals upon receipt to preserve freshness.

If you notice an issue, please report it at 1-866-442-3287 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after that time frame.

Yes, you can log into your account and cancel any order and a refund will be processed. Please note, we ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellation for refund.

No, our food is delivered in an insulated box with a biodegradable ice pack, which will keep your food fresh until you are able to place it in your refrigerator or freezer.
We do not have minimum order requirements with our service.
Notifications from our delivery system will be sent out throughout the delivery process and when delivered.

We do not have any set closures due to holidays, unless they fall on a Tuesday or Saturday. In the event we have a closure due to a holiday we will offer the next available delivery date so you will still have the option for your weekly meal delivery.
