I feel you! 😅 I work 40 hours a week, commute almost an hour each way, make time for an hour workout everyday, like to have a social life, and I’ve found that sleep is actually a pretty nice thing to get each night too 😜 It really comes down to prioritizing what is most important to you! I woke up at 5am this morning so I could workout and then get home right at 6PM to have a date night with bae since we’ve both been so busy this week.
