Monday morning I woke up at 4:15AM in Atlantic City, NJ and still made it to my work at 8AM at my office in the philly suburbs 🙈😏...Not sure if that’s #winning or just #crazy 😜 but regardless I definitely didn’t have any time to meal prep this weekend 😬 cleaneats2day to the rescue 💃🏼 Amongst other things I got some salmon, asian chicken and veggies, chicken enchiladas, grilled chicken and I’m really excited to try the new pesto chicken dish this week 🤗 Busy weekends don’t have to be an excuse to start the new week off track! All my eats for today minus the 🍷🍷 I plan on drinking at happy hour 😋 Shout out to cleaneats2day for having such yummy high protein, low calorie dishes so I don’t feel deprived while saving room in my day for wine 🙌🏻 I’ll be having their sweet chili meatballs and broccoli for lunch and lemon pepper shrimp for dinner 🍤 I got up early this morning to run a 5k on the treadmill and to do some weights in my basement 💪🏻 so breakfast will just be that peanut butter protein bar and yogurt at work. Snack will be turkey jerky and the 🍎 and I’ll have the protein bites for dessert! 1,260 calories 113c/26f/137p for it all. When I replace 🍷 for calories I try and make sure I’m getting plenty of veggies and lean protein sources in that day from my food, which I think I have a good mix of today! Fail to Plan = Plan to Fail ✅ Lunches and dinners all prepped and ready for the next 3 days thanks to cleaneats2day 🙌🏻 I still track my macros pretty consistently down to the gram about 5 days a week. It’s just habit for me now and is the best way I can plan out my meals for success to make sure I’m getting in enough protein and the right ratios of carbs and fats. I take at least one day off from tracking entirely #liveyourlife and I’ve been experimenting eating more intuitively at least one day a week too. For regular days on the grind though, I really enjoy playing #macrotetris to plan out my meals for the next day using myfitnesspal. The meal prep delivery service I use currently provides macros already for their meals, so it’s super easy to just plug them into MFP and then plan the rest of my day accordingly 👍🏻 Looks like I’ve got some good eating in my future over the next 3 days 😏🙌🏻 #cleaneats2day #lovemycleaneats #mealprepdelivery #iifym #flexibledieting ...
